The Photo Studio approached us to create an online system for their booking team that would help decrease drop off rates that at times occur between taking a booking and the actual day of a photoshoot. To address this issue we created a system that linked in with Campaign Monitor to use the booking information in a series of customer emails to maintain engagement and involvement as they wait for their big day. This information also hooked into Twillo, a text messaging service, to deliver customer reminders the day before key dates.
When the team makes a booking, they choose what ‘type’ of customer the client is (i.e female modelling), add in all the relevant booking details and hit save. The system then automatically calculates which emails should be sent and then calculates the time between the booking date and the shoot date that these touch points should be sent.
